I had an issue with my garbage disposal and the plumber took the time to explain what was happening and gave me the option of what to do. He did not try to force me to purchase anything. It was all explained in layman's terms and I made the decision. I have not had a problem since and it has been about 3 months since it was installed. He serviced everything in a little under two hours so I wasn't "stuck" at the house. I would recommend them to anyone.
